We had been invited to attend the Skyview Ranch Dental Clinic opening in the NE community of Skyview Ranch in Calgary. This also happened to fall on Canada Day and naturally along with such an event came a cake! I jumped at the chance to create something new and fun to celebrate the occasion. Since my husband has worked with the team to create their website along with doing  the clinics photos, he had given me a glimpse into the theme of the clinic. Since we live in Calgary, the mecca center for everything country,  it seemed appropiate to head that direction. It was also fitting that the Stampede is just a week away so what better way to celebrate then by making a cowboy tooth! It seemed to make sense. A dental clinic which is located in Calgary…hmmm…the mind began to spin…

In the end the cake came out better then expected and the clinic was thrilled with it as well:)
